Curly fries Stampede style!

I stumbled upon a food booth down at the Stampede prepping their curly fries for the day so I asked the guy if I could take a quick video for my dad. 

Dad: I still like your apple peeler technique but this curly fries machine is pretty cool!

Natalie, Leave it up to some person/engineer to invent a machine to produce "curly fries"! I still like my "manual mode"- one potato per curly fry.
