Creamy beet soup

The first recipe I chose to make from my new cookbook, 400 Soups, that Scott gave me for Christmas.
Served on my new Sophie Conran for Portmeirion dishes.

Hey Natalie! Just like I had in that hole-in-the-wall in Sussex. It was delicious!!! It had the whipped cream and garnished like yours. Nice work indeed
